Three moments: you invoke the share sheet, the right destination is already sitting in the first slot, you confirm. Everything here exists to make those three better than what the operating system hands you for free.

The first surface is the live share. An iOS app throws photos, arbitrary files, or a live screen at any browser over WebRTC — the payload never touches a server, and a Cloudflare Worker relays only the handshake. Joining is scanning: the share URL is trimmed to fit a 21-module QR code, the smallest the standard defines. Nothing to install on the receiving screen.

The sheet itself — prediction, ranking, destinations that are a person or a place rather than an app — is still design.
